Frequently asked questions

How do I get paid?
Commissions are paid on the 1st and 15th of each month via bank transfer, PayPal, or Mosiflow platform credits. Minimum payout is $50.
When does my first commission get paid?
A one-time bonus is triggered when your referred client's first subscription payment clears. Recurring commissions start from the second payment onward, with a 7-day holding period.
How does tier promotion work?
Tiers are reviewed quarterly (Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, Oct 1). You are automatically promoted when all three KPIs — new clients, certified staff, and retention rate — meet the next tier threshold.
What happens if a client cancels?
Churned clients are deducted from your trailing 12-month client count and affect your retention rate. Recurring commissions stop the moment the client cancels.
Can I refer clients in any country?
Yes. Mosiflow is available globally. Commissions are always calculated and paid in USD, using the exchange rate at the time of payment.
