Software built for how businesses actually run
Mosiflow is a multi-vertical SaaS platform — ERP, point of sale, hospitality, manufacturing, and legal practice management — each with mobile and web apps, its own database, and pricing that fits the region it runs in.
One system kept trying to be everyone
Most ERP and POS software is built horizontally: one data model, one workflow, stretched to cover retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and legal work all at once. The result is software that technically supports an industry without ever quite fitting it — extra fields no one uses, workflows that need three workarounds, and reports that require a consultant to translate back into the way the business actually thinks about its own operations.
Mosiflow started from a simpler bet: a warehouse team, a hotel front desk, a manufacturing floor, and a law firm do not run the same way, so the software they use every day shouldn't either. Each vertical gets its own data model, its own workflows, and its own database — while sharing a common backend foundation so improvements to core things like inventory, accounting, and multi-tenancy benefit every vertical at once.
We are still early. This site describes the platform as we are building it — vertical by vertical, with regional pricing and mobile-first tools for the teams who are on the floor rather than behind a desk, and AI features that are scoped and reviewable rather than opaque. How we decide what to build
Built for real operations
Each vertical is modeled on how that industry actually works — not a generic template with optional modules bolted on.
Regional pricing, not one price for everyone
Currency and pricing adapt to the market a business operates in, instead of a single global list price.
AI with guardrails
AI features are scoped to specific tasks with visible, reviewable behavior — not a black-box automation layer.
Mobile-first for field teams
Every product ships for the people on the floor, at the counter, or on site — not just the people behind a desk.
The platform in numbers
